juicy dumpling factory is seriously such a good din tai fung dupe 🥟 everything we ordered was sooo flavorful and comforting!! the beef rolls were definitely my FAV. super crispy and crunchy on the outside with such a savory filling. i would honestly come back just for these 😭 the garlic noodles were so fragrant, garlicky, buttery, and perfectly chewy. you also HAVE to order the mapo tofuuu!!! the flavors just hit different 🤌🏼 so rich, savory, a little spicy, and sooo good with rice. the sweet and sour spare ribs had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and the fried rice was yummy, simple, and comforting ♡ we also tried their new corn cheese with shrimp and it was such an interesting combo!! super creamy and cheesy, so if you love cheesy stuff you’ll definitely enjoy this one 🧀🍤 all of their flavored teas are really good too, but the strawberry yogurt drink was my favorite 🍓 it’s creamy, refreshing, and not too heavy. such a good spot when you’re craving some comfort food without the din tai fung wait. definitely coming back for the beef rolls and mapo tofu 🥟♡

Juicy Dumpling Factory in Huntington Beach absolutely blew us away! Hands down some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in the longest time. We ordered the broccoli with prime beef, Chicken Kung Pao, and the Juicy Soup Chicken Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), and every single dish was incredible. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, and the quality was truly on another level. The staff was fantastic as well. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What made it even better was the price. Very reasonable for the quality you get. Outstanding food without breaking the bank. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

The food here was very good. We were seated quickly. The garlic boc choy was better than most I’ve ever had. Highly recommend getting the Dan Dan noodles.

Offering fresh handmade dumplings and savory stir-fried dishes we are all familiar with to flavorful noodles and homestyle classics. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and hot! The restaurant is clean and well appointed. Basic and clean restaurant with a busy carry out/delivery business. Dumpling offerings are solid but could be more flavorful. Try the soup dumplings, cucumber salad and spicy beef salad. Will return to taste more dishes and update the review. Update August 2025: they've settled into their groove and the food quality has taken a step up and service has improved. The noodle texture is like hand-pulled (elasticity and chew). Pam fried dumplings and pot stickers are both excellent in both flavor and texture though we prefer chili crunch (on table) and vinegar over the provided dipping sauce. Good job, JDF.
